SRO: The name of the Senior Responsible Officer in your organisation that wishes you to send your data to a customer via CarefulAI's systems
Customer: The name of Senior Responsible Officer in your organisation's customer that wishes you to send your data to them via CarefulAI
DRN: A reference number that can be used to link your data to this data sharing agreement

The purpose of the DRN is to enable a CarefulAI system you to share data with the Customer.
We accept no responsibility your organisation's Privacy Policy or Data Sharing Policy or that of the Customer. We encourage you to consider that it should include:
- The name of the people who can access your information and the person responsible for data protection in that organisation e.g. the Data Protection Officer
- Why they hold your data data and lawful basis with which they use or process that data.
- Where they got the data from and if they cross reference your data with other data.
- Who they share the data with, and how they do this, including any sharing outside.
- How long they will keep your data for.
- How people can request access to, or correction or deletion of, your data.
- How to complain to an Information Commissioner of designated body.
- Whether they make automated decisions or do profiling of you based on the data they hold.
- How they refresh or destroy personal data after specified periods of time
- How they you securely delete or destroy personal data as soon as it is no longer needed
- How they keep electronic data secure, say by encrypting mobile devices, using passwords and backing up the data
- How they have trained staff who handle personal data, on their data protection responsibilities
- What they to do if something goes wrong, including a data breach as a result of both accidental and deliberate causes
- How they establish the likelihood and severity risks to people’s rights and freedoms from a data breach, and when the terms under which you and or the Information Commissioner of designated body needs to be informed about data breaches

TERMS OF A DATA SHARING AGREEMENT
As a CarefulAI system user you control if and how your data is shared directly with a Customer.
By completing and competing a Consent Notification in one of our systems you are confirming that you have agreed to:
Once you have submitted your data to the Customer you have the right to contact the Customer to:
As a CarefulAI system user you control if and how your data is shared directly with a Customer.
By completing and competing a Consent Notification in one of our systems you are confirming that you have agreed to:
- Your SRO's Privacy Policy
- The Customer using your data in line with their Privacy Policy and their Data Sharing Agreement
- The CarefulAI using your data in line with its Privacy Policy and this Data Sharing Agreement
- CarefulAI system transmitting data to the Customer
Once you have submitted your data to the Customer you have the right to contact the Customer to:
- Be told what data they hold about you and what they do with it.
- Request a copy of the data they hold.
- Rectify inaccurate data collated about you.
- Delete and destroy your data.
- Restrict processing i.e. the amount or type of data used.
- Request your data be moved to another business.
- Request they stop using your data.
