BS 30440
BS 30440 is the BSI standard for the validation of AI in Healthcare
When BSI wanted to develop a Standard for the validation of AI in healthcare in 2021 CarefulAI were well placed to support the BSI Committee that formed around the standard. This BSI Committee consisted of CarefulAI, MHRA, NICE, NHS, Academics, Sector Leads, AI Healthcare Suppliers and Consultants in digital transformation.
The resulting overlap between CarefulAI's PRIDAR (a open UK government recognised standard for measuring the benefit and risk associated with compliance to AI design, development, deployment and monitoring best practice) and BS 30440 (and other standards) is shown below.
