A Framework for Change
In 2020, the NHS Tasked for a Framework for Change based to mitigate the main risk that it saw arising from PRIDAR work. This risk being a lack of end user (clinician and patient) involvement in the design, development and deployment of AI Systems. A strategy was developed to move users to the centre of power around around AI decision making, and definition of the roles of people in that process. The result was a forward strategy:
