Note: whilst the PRIDAR data sets remain static, how customers assign risk to data types differs. Below is a healthcare organisation's assignment of risk.
-High risk if it did not have a clinical risk register or safety officer or complied with local regulations.
-Medium risk if it had not been designed with the user or, was not accountable to the user, was in development and deployed, or had not signed an information governance agreement.
-There is low risk if it has yet to seek compliance with an in-country standard or validation agreement, agreed on IP rights with the customer, or had customer KPIs or board approvals.
