Crit
Purpose
Crit is a public interest project. It aims to enable young people to develop critical thinking. It is designed as a teaching aid for educators working with young people aged 15+.
Design Thinking
Educators and employers recognise the importance of critical thinking skills. Critical thinking is also an important skill to develop in a world where GenAI can create media without input from human editors.
Contributions
Design thinking behind Crit has been informed by
Version 1.01:
Habib Al-Assaad / Elassaad Bader, Rakesh Hirani, Ketan Paranjape, and Samuel John Connor. The approaches proposed by the work of H. Thouless, Daniel Fryer and Genrikh Altsshuller have been synthesised into a method to explore the Theory of Knowledge (TOK) and embodied in an AI Agent.
Feedback
All feedback on the fitness for the purpose of Crit is welcome. Please provide feedback via https://www.carefulai.com/feedback.html
Next Steps
Feedback on Crit will be sought between December 19th, 2024, and February 19th, 2025. Revisions will be implemented as appropriate. Version control is shown below. Anonymised feedback will also be shown below to inform others who may want to learn from this project. Implementation, or decommissioning approaches, will commence in March 2025.
