TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT FOR AI AGENT CONSULTATION SERVICES
1. Nature of Service
By engaging with (the "Agent"), you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Agent is an artificial intelligence system designed to represent and articulate views the Subject Matter Expert may hold
  
• The Agent's responses are algorithmically generated and should not be construed as direct statements by the Subject Matter Expert 
  
• The Agent operates as a conversational tool to facilitate discussion around themes the Subject Matter Expert has coded into the Agent.
  

2. Professional Responsibility and Limitations
You acknowledge that:

• The Agent's outputs are intended to stimulate critical thinking and professional discussion regarding the Subject Matter Experts experience
  
• You retain sole responsibility for evaluating, verifying, and applying critical reasoning to all information and recommendations provided
  
• No agent output constitutes definitive advice, and independent your personal judgment must be exercised
  
• The Agent's perspectives may not reflect current developments 
  

3. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• All conversations between you and the Agent are strictly confidential
  
• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all discussions, materials, and information exchanged during the engagement
  
• Unauthorised disclosure, reproduction, or distribution of conversation content constitutes a material breach of this agreement
  
• Data processing complies with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR where applicable
  
• Conversation data will be processed solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services
  

4. Intellectual Property

• Insights and discussion content generated during sessions remain confidential to the engagement
  
• You may utilise concepts and frameworks discussed for your purposes, but may not reproduce or publish conversation transcripts without prior written consent, neither should they form the exact basis of decisions you make about the themes covered.
  

5. Payment Terms

• $200 per 30 minutes.  Paid in advance.
  
• No re-funds are offered as the user will not have set an expectation prior to engaging the AI Agent.
  

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Agent and Subject Matter Expert assume no liability for decisions made based on Agent discussions
  
• Professional services are provided on an "as is" basis
  
• You accept full responsibility for implementation decisions arising from consultations
  

7. Termination
Either party may terminate this engagement with 3 days written notice.
